"The Peril Of Hopelessness" (Acts 27:20)

"When neither sun nor stars appeared for many days and the storm continued raging, we finally gave up all hope of being saved" (Acts 27:20). “You were tired out by the length of your road, Yet you did not say, ‘It is hopeless.’ You found renewed strength, Therefore you did not faint" (Isaiah 57:10). "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit" (Romans 15:13). "How blessed is he whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the Lord his God" (Psalm 146:5).
